Get Started. Get Sleep!
Since more parents are at home during this time, this is a perfect opportunity to invest your time, and create some normalcy, by establishing a sleep routine for your child. This will improve both your child’s sleep, and the sleep of the rest of your family.
With daycares and schools closed for the foreseeable future, routines for work and family life are being challenged. Our routines, whatever they are, are off balance and parents are becoming more aware than ever of the scope of their child’s sleep issues.
I’m here to help! Historically, I offer in-home and phone consult sleep training. The steps are essentially the same for both options. Until the Shelter in Place is lifted, in the interest of safety, I’m exclusively offering remote sleep training via phone. The remote, two-week process, is an individualized plan, via phone and text, for $500.
How do we get started? How does this all work? How do we get the sleep?
Sleep training is process-driven. Initially, we will have a brief call to discuss and complete an assessment of your child’s current sleep patterns and routines. I ask a lot of questions, answer questions about sleep training in general, and finally, I’ll address any of your concerns.
Once you decide that sleep training is the right choice for your family, we will coordinate a call to discuss the specifics of your child’s current schedule and set goals. We collaborate and make a plan, based on my experience and your input on what you are comfortable with.
The service provides two weeks of daily communication through phone and text. The benefit of daily communication allows for updates on both night and day sleep patterns, and other challenges that may arise. We will look for progress and adjust the plan as needed to achieve our sleep goals.
Let’s make the most of our time at home, and regain some well-deserved normalcy – both child and family sleeping!
